IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Supply IRT Specialist to support the successful delivery of clinical trials through expertise in Interactive Response Technology (IRT) and clinical supply management processes. In this role you will partner with cross-functional study teams to support IRT setup, change management activities, system validation, and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical research, clinical supplies, or clinical operations.
• Knowledge of trial processes and lifecycle.
• Familiarity with IRT/RTSM or similar systems.
• Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsabilités

• Support the design, setup, and maintenance of IRT solutions for clinical studies.
• Translate operational and supply requirements into IRT specifications.
• Contribute to risk assessments and support UAT activities for study setups and changes.
• Review, develop, and execute testing documentation and validation activities.
• Provide guidance on IRT processes, systems, and best practices.
• Partner with stakeholders to support study startup, amendments, and ongoing management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of IRT processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Support training activities and knowledge sharing across study teams.
• Ensure activities comply with GCP and regulatory requirements.
