Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Supply IRT Specialist to support delivery of clinical trials through expertise in Interactive Response Technology (IRT) and clinical supply management. You will partner with cross-functional study teams to support IRT setup, change management activities, system validation, and process optimization.

You will act as a subject matter expert, helping ensure clinical supply strategies are translated into system requirements while maintaining quality and regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical supplies, clinical operations, or IRT systems.
• Strong understanding of IRT processes and drug development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, setup, and maintenance of IRT solutions for clinical studies.
• Collaborate with study teams to translate requirements into IRT specifications.
• Contribute to risk assessments and user acceptance testing (UAT) for study setups.
• Review, develop, and execute validation activities and testing documentation.
• Provide guidance on IRT processes, systems, and best practices.
• Support study startup, amendments, and ongoing study management.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and training activities.
