Job summary

Leading UK Retailer is seeking an experienced interim Commercial Finance Manager to support business partnering, FP&A and commercial decision making during a 3-6 month assignment. The role is hybrid, with remote work and 3 days per week at the Midlands head office.

You will lead financial planning and performance, challenge operations to improve sales, pricing, margins and profitability, and influence stakeholders across multi-site retail dynamics.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with FP&A exposure and commercial finance experience.
• Experience in Retail/Multi-site businesses with a consumer angle.
• Outstanding commercial acumen and ability to influence at all levels.
