Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Insurance Specialist to join a fully remote team. You will provide expert advice on a range of insurance products, assist clients with inquiries, policy changes, and claims processing via digital channels from your home office.

In this role, you will serve clients across regions including Randburg and beyond, delivering exceptional remote customer service, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the insurance industry with knowledge of different products.
• Excellent communication and remote service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
