Insight Talent Partners partners with a central Manchester professional services organisation to hire a BI Analyst with strong Power BI and Microsoft Fabric capabilities. This role offers ownership of data modelling, Fabric development, and modernising a complex reporting estate.

You will consolidate SQL scripts and reporting logic into governed analytics assets, collaborating with the Analytics Manager to establish data standards and governance within a Data & Analytics Centre of Excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong Power BI development and governance.
• Experience with data modelling and DAX.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable analytical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Optimise and rationalise the Power BI estate with governance and performance improvements.
• Design and build Fabric data solutions including Lakehouses and Dataflows.
• Create shared semantic models and reusable datasets for consistent reporting.
