Job summary
CCH Group in the UK is seeking an Insight Analyst to translate data into trusted reports and dashboards across the organisation. You will work with stakeholders to define decisions, measures and business rules, turning reliable data into actionable insight.
You will design Gold schemas in Fabric, build Power BI models, collaborate with Data Engineering, and explain findings to non-technical audiences. This role reports to the Group Data and Governance Manager.
Qualifications
- Advanced Power BI skills with semantic modelling and DAX.
- Proficiency in SQL for data exploration.
- Ability to lead requirements sessions with stakeholders.
- Experience with data governance and trusted reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead workshops to define measures and rules with stakeholders.
- Build Power BI dashboards and semantic models.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering on datasets and pipelines.
- Validate data and ensure reporting accuracy and reliability.
- Explain findings to non-technical stakeholders and drive decisions.
