Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Remote Information Security Manager to lead the organization's security program from anywhere. You will develop and manage a comprehensive information security strategy, collaborate with senior management, and drive policy implementation across global operations.

With 8+ years in information security and at least 3 in leadership, you will mentor a security team, oversee risk assessments, and ensure compliance with industry frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• 8+ years in information security, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide security programs.
• Strong knowledge of information security frameworks, risk management, and compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive information security strategy and program.
• Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Oversee the development and enforcement of information security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Manage the incident response process, ensuring timely and effective resolution of security breaches.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and implement appropriate controls to mitigate identified risks.
• Stay abreast of the evolving threat landscape and regulatory requirements, adapting security measures accordingly.
• Manage security awareness training programs to educate employees on best practices.
