Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring an Automations Engineer to scale our influencer and creator marketing program. You will design, build, and maintain end-to-end automations for discovery, onboarding, contracts, content tracking, reporting, and payments.

The ideal candidate blends no-code/low-code capabilities (Zapier, Make, n8n) with Python or JavaScript to integrate APIs and automate workflows across marketing, CRM, and finance systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building automations with no-code/low-code platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for custom logic and API work.
• Experience integrating APIs and building webhook-driven workflows across marketing, CRM, and finance systems.
• SQL proficiency for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Systems thinking with emphasis on reliability and clean data.
• Familiarity with secrets management, authentication, and basic security practices for automations.
• Clear communicator who can collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
• Thrives in high-ownership environments and builds end-to-end systems.

Responsibilities

• Creator discovery: build automations to identify profiles matching brand keywords.
• CRM data sync: automatically push influencer data into the team’s database.
• Onboarding: automate welcome packets, brand guidelines, and templates.
• Contract generation: auto-fill details into templates and route for e-signature.
• Content reminders: trigger Slack messages or emails before posting deadlines.
• Content tracking: log influencer posts and capture live links via APIs.
• Data aggregation: pull metrics from social platforms into a dashboard.
• Report generation: produce weekly/monthly performance spreadsheets automatically.
• ROI calculation: compute cost-per-engagement and conversions for campaigns.
• Invoice processing: route invoices to finance when content is live.
• Payment status alerts: notify finance/creators when payments process.
• Build and maintain integrations and webhooks across platforms.
• Own reliability: monitor, manage secrets, and audit trails.
• Validate and troubleshoot data (SQL) and document workflows to stay maintainable as scale.
