Job summary

Surecall Recruitment is seeking an Indirect Sales Representative for a leading continental foods supplier. The role is fully remote, nationwide in the UK, and is full-time and permanent after a 3-month probation. A £36,000 annual salary plus a company vehicle and commission after probation are provided.

You will manage a network of external partners, drive growth through strategic outreach, and negotiate terms with resellers and distributors while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B or indirect sales within foodservice, food wholesale, catering or hospitality.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with external partners (resellers, distributors) to maximise sales opportunities.
• Identify new B2B sales prospects through outreach and market research.
• Negotiate terms, pricing and contracts with partners.
• Provide exceptional customer service addressing partner inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet partner needs and sales targets.
• Maintain records of sales activities and communications using CRM tools.
• Drive product awareness and promote new offerings.
