AFH Financial Group is seeking an Independent Financial Adviser to service clients in Surrey and beyond. The role combines remote/highly flexible working with face-to-face meetings when required, supported by a robust back-office and DIS/paraplanning support.

You will perform in-depth reviews of clients’ financial goals, deliver tailored strategies, and develop new business with introducers, while leveraging the company platform for efficient client journeys.

Formación

• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or FCA approved equivalent) and to maintain CF30 status in accordance with FCA regulations.
• Clear demonstration of a client centric approach with a well presented and articulate manner.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, approachability, and professionalism; IT skills to communicate virtually with clients.
• Experience in networking and attracting new clients to grow a client base and relationships with introducers.

Responsabilidades

• Follow the Six-Stage Advice Process to build long-term relationships and deliver client outcomes.
• Review clients’ changing needs and financial circumstances and update them on products or legislation changes.
• Acquire and develop new business from clients and introducers via planning, referrals and lead generation.
• Utilise marketing opportunities including social media and networking to develop new business.
• Maintain client and introducer relationships through meetings, seminars and feedback to the team.
• Contact corporate and individual clients to set up meetings in-person, at home, business premises, or virtually.
• Conduct in-depth reviews of clients' financial circumstances and prepare planning reports for clients' needs.
• Deliver accurate management information as required.
