Job summary

V Selective Recruitment, on behalf of an Ofqual recognised EPAO, seeks End Point Assessors for the Power Industry Overhead Linesperson standard. The role is flexible and part-time with a zero hours contract and assignments via the Service Delivery team.

You will perform apprentice assessments, including practical observations and technical interviews, award provisional grades, and record outcomes within required timescales, with training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Up-to-date occupational knowledge and competence of the Power Industry Overhead Linesperson role.
• It would be desirable to hold an assessor qualification.

Responsibilities

• Carry out apprentice assessments, including practical observations and technical interviews.
• Award a preliminary grade and ensure assessment decisions are fair and based on evidence.
• Accurately record outcomes of all assessment activity and submit within required timescales.
