Sellick Partnership's in-house legal services team is seeking an experienced Employment Claims Specialist to join on a remote basis, dedicating 100% of their time to employment law claims and cases. You will work with a small team of lawyers to manage a mixed caseload.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of handling employment claims.
• Experience in both public and private sectors preferred.
• Strong understanding of employment litigation processes.

Responsabilités

• Manage mixed caseloads of employment-related litigation.
• Handle unfair/wrongful dismissal and constructive dismissal.
• Address TUPE and redundancy issues.
• Work on discrimination claims (age, disability, race, religion/belief, maternity).
• Prepare Employment Tribunal documents and hearings.
• Negotiate settlement agreements.
• Advise on enforceability of restrictive covenants and confidentiality issues.
• Conduct grievance and disciplinary investigations.
