Job summary

TLT LLP is seeking a commercially minded Contract Paralegal to support a busy in-house legal function on a 3-6 month contract, with day-rate via umbrella company. The role covers triaging legal queries, reviewing and managing a broad range of commercial matters, and supporting contract management activities.

You will be a key contact for internal stakeholders, handling inquiries, drafting and amending agreements, and escalating complex issues to senior colleagues as needed.

Qualifications

• Experienced Paralegal with exposure to commercial contracts and non-contentious matters.
• Commercially aware, pragmatic and solutions-focused.
• Able to manage a high volume of stakeholder queries.
• Comfortable communicating with individuals at all levels; able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Triaging and managing incoming legal and commercial queries
• Reviewing, drafting and amending a range of commercial agreements
• Supporting the legal team with contract management activities
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and external parties
