Job summary

LJ Recruitment is recruiting a Contracts Paralegal for a leading international law firm in London on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will support the in-house Legal team with management of commercial and supplier contracts, onboarding of third-party suppliers, and ensuring data privacy and information security requirements are met.

The role offers exposure to contract lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement across senior management and business units, and practical legal procurement

Qualifications

• UK law degree or Commonwealth equivalent.
• Experience as a Paralegal, ideally with exposure to commercial contracts or procurement.
• Strong understanding of contract management and data privacy considerations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support in-house Legal team with management of commercial and supplier contracts.
• Assist onboarding of new third-party suppliers and review documentation.
• Coordinate with Information Security and Data Privacy teams to meet requirements.
• Maintain contract records and support contract lifecycle management processes.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to understand requirements and timelines.
