Job Description:

We are excited to present an excellent opportunity for a Financial Planner to join a thriving independent financial planning firm as a Financial Adviser. In this role, you will provide exceptional financial planning, advice, and service to clients. This role is remote; however, you will be expected to visit Nairn in the Highlands approximately once a month.

The firm has a well-established presence across the UK and has experienced significant growth through strategic acquisitions. This role is to replace a retiring adviser.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold CAS qualification
• Have experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases
• Have a strong desire to succeed as a Financial Planner

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Managing a client base assigned to you
• Generating new client inquiries and advice income
• Converting client leads into clients
• Undertaking sales and marketing activities in line with regional and national plans
• Achieving or exceeding annual new business revenue targets
• Maintaining 'fit and proper' status through continuous professional development and SPS maintenance
• Adhering to company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements in client advice and reporting
• Keeping technical and industry knowledge up to date
• Providing a positive client service experience to ensure appropriate outcomes and communication
• Developing relationships with external professionals to generate additional business opportunities
• Focusing on key business areas using set objectives

The successful candidate must be Level 4 Diploma qualified and have a proven track record of providing financial advice, as this role involves managing an established client bank.
