Qualifications

Job Description:

We are excited to present an excellent opportunity for a Financial Planner to join a thriving independent financial planning firm as a Financial Adviser. In this role, you will provide exceptional financial planning, advice, and service to clients. This role is remote; however, you will be expected to travel to Nairn in the Highlands approximately once a month.

With a well-established presence across the UK, the firm has experienced significant growth through strategic acquisitions. This role is to replace a retiring adviser.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold CAS
• Have experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases
• Desire to be a successful Financial Planner

Your role will include but will not be limited to:

• Managing a client base assigned to you
• Generating new client enquiries and advice income
• Converting client leads
• Undertaking sales and marketing activities in line with regional/national plans
• Achieving or exceeding annual new business revenue targets
• Maintaining 'fit and proper' status through professional development and SPS
• Adhering to company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements
• Maintaining technical and industry knowledge
• Providing excellent client service and communication
• Developing relationships with external professionals to generate additional business
• Focusing on key business objectives

The successful candidate must be Level 4 Diploma qualified and have a proven track record in financial advice, managing a well-established client bank.
