Job Description:

We are excited to present an excellent opportunity for a Financial Planner to join a thriving independent financial planning firm as a Financial Adviser. In this role, you will provide exceptional financial planning, advice, and service to clients. This role is remote; however, you will be expected to travel to Nairn in the Highlands approximately once a month.

The firm has a well-established presence across the UK and has experienced significant growth through strategic acquisitions. This role is to replace a retiring adviser.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold CAS
• Have experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases
• Desire to be a successful Financial Planner

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Managing a client base assigned to you
• Generating new client inquiries and advice income from these
• Converting client leads
• Undertaking sales and marketing activities aligned with regional and national plans
• Achieving or exceeding annual new business revenue targets
• Maintaining 'fit and proper’ status through continuous professional development and suitable development opportunities
• Adhering to company policies, processes, and guidance
• Ensuring client advice and reports comply with regulatory requirements
• Maintaining up-to-date technical and industry knowledge
• Delivering a positive client service experience to ensure appropriate outcomes and communication
• Developing relationships with external professionals to create additional business opportunities
• Focusing on key business areas using set objectives

The successful candidate must be Level 4 Diploma qualified with a proven track record of providing financial advice, as this role involves managing a well-established client bank.
