Job Description

We are seeking experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our successful team at our offices in London, Manchester, or Leeds. This role offers a remote working option, with industry-leading holiday allowance of up to 23 days plus 8 bank holidays, and the possibility to earn additional days.

The Role

Manage a diverse caseload including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, and new build transactions. Utilize industry-leading case management systems to handle all aspects of conveyancing transactions.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing residential property caseloads from inception to completion
• Experience in New Build and Shared Ownership transactions
• Thorough understanding of property laws
• Commercial awareness and ability to stay updated with industry news
• Resilience and ability to work under pressure
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
• Attention to detail and accuracy in research and documentation
• Excellent customer service skills
