Job Description

An amazing opportunity for a remote role with industry leading holiday allowance of up to 23 days standard holiday allocation plus 8 bank holidays, with the opportunity to earn additional days.

About the job

We’re looking for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our well-established and successful team at either our Snow Hill office in central London, Manchester, or Leeds City Centre. You’ll work alongside highly experienced solicitors who are experts in their field.

The Role

This role is ideal for a qualified solicitor with experience managing a diverse caseload, including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, and new build transactions.

You’ll manage a varied residential property caseload, dealing with all aspects of the conveyancing transaction using the industry’s leading case management system.

What You’ll Need

• At least 3 years of experience managing a residential property caseload from inception to completion
• Experience in New Build and Shared Ownership essential
• Thorough understanding of various property laws
• Commercial awareness, keeping up to date with business and industry news
• Resilience with the ability to work effectively under pressure and to strict deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical approach to finding the best legal solutions
• Attention to detail, extremely accurate in research and the drafting of documents
• Enthusiasm for delivering a high level of customer service
• Enthusiastic team player and natural self-starter able to work independently
• Ability to be flexible and empathetic to deliver client needs

This is a full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday.
