An exciting opportunity for a remote conveyancing role with industry-leading holiday allowance of up to 23 days plus 8 bank holidays, with the chance to earn additional days off.

About the job

We’re seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our established team at either our Snow Hill office in London, Manchester, or Leeds City Centre. You will work alongside highly experienced solicitors in the field.

The Role

This role is suitable for a qualified solicitor with experience managing a diverse caseload, including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, and new build transactions.

What You’ll Need

• At least 3 years of experience managing residential property cases from start to finish.
• Experience in New Build and Shared Ownership is essential.
• Good understanding of property laws.
• Commercial awareness and industry knowledge.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and empathetic approach to client needs.

This is a full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday.
