Job summary

Match Bingo in the United Kingdom is hiring an Affiliate Executive (Growth & Retention) to own our affiliate and creator programmes end-to-end. You will identify partners, negotiate terms, launch collaborations on YouTube and Facebook, and optimise performance week by week with clear ownership of cost per first deposit.

Based in Tunbridge Wells with a hybrid setup (office plus remote options), you will work with Game Ops and Data teams to track results, ensure compliance with CAP Code and

Qualifications

• 2+ years in affiliate, partnerships or influencer marketing.
• Experience running creator or affiliate partnerships end-to-end.
• Confident negotiating CPA and flat-fee deals with partners.
• Comfortable working with performance numbers and judging partners on results.
• Strong organisation skills to manage multiple partners and deliverables.
• Good feel for creator content on YouTube and Facebook.

Responsibilities

• Own affiliate and creator programmes end-to-end.
• Run YouTube creator trials and Facebook partnerships from shortlist to go-live.
• Manage the Impact.com affiliate programme: onboarding, terms and payouts.
• Set up tracking links and reconcile sign-ups, first deposits and payouts with Data.
• Brief partners on games, offers and safer gambling messaging.
• Ensure partner audiences are suitable (18+) and compliant with CAP Code/UKGC.
