Job summary

DragonBet in the United Kingdom is seeking an early-to-mid career Affiliate Marketing Executive to own day-to-day affiliate activity, build strong partner relationships, and drive compliant, efficient acquisition across paid channels.

You will work with the Head of Performance Marketing and Compliance to ensure accurate reporting, manage KPIs, monitor fraud risks, and negotiate competitive affiliate deals while upholding UKGC and ASA/CAP standards. Cardiff-based with 3–4 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience in affiliate marketing within regulated sectors is essential.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills are required.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyse KPIs and derive growth opportunities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability to manage multiple partners and campaigns.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms, tracking systems and attribution tools is important.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, and optimisation for acquisition.
• Knowledge of UK gambling advertising regulations (UKGC, ASA/CAP) or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day affiliate relationships, acting as main contact for partners.
• Recruit and onboard new affiliates, negotiating deals and commissions.
• Optimise the affiliate portfolio for quality, compliance and ROI.
• Monitor affiliate performance, identifying fraud and compliance risks.
• Support PPC campaigns across Google and other paid channels.
• Track and report channel performance and KPIs, improving efficiency.
• Ensure activity meets UKGC and ASA requirements with Compliance.
