Carrier Global Corporation in the UK is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer for the HVAC sector. This remote/perimeter role supports post-order processes, tender bids, and cross-functional interfaces across Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Project Delivery.

You will coordinate submittals, client communications, and delivery execution. The role requires strong HVAC knowledge, multi-disciplinary collaboration, and excellent stakeholder management, with occasional travel and a UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a technical sales or project delivery role with strong technical knowledge, primarily involved in HVAC, building services or similar industry
• Demonstrated experience supporting multi-disciplinary teams, including customer care, sales, project delivery, or operational support functions
• Strong understanding of tender enquiries, product selections, technical submittals and post-order handover process
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functionally and operate effectively in a matrix organisation
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to handle escalations, complex customer situations, and senior internal stakeholders
• Strong organisational, prioritisation, and decision‑making skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing demands in a fast‑paced environment
• UK driving licence - some travel supporting the sales team will be required

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team with customer enquiries and tender bids
• Direct engagement with clients, consultants and designers to produce detailed and accurate selections
• Manage the end-to-end post-order process from order receipt through to delivery
• Manage the review and approval of Technical Submittals with the Project management team
• Act as the main point of contact for customers post-sale, providing clear and proactive communication
• Provide support to the Project Delivery Team to ensure seamless execution from order intake through to final delivery
