Sustainable Talent LTD is seeking two HSE Advisors to support renewable energy and infrastructure projects across the UK. Roles are primarily remote with regional focuses: Bristol/Southwest England and Leeds/UK-wide, including potential European projects and international audits.

Responsibilities include day-to-day HSE advisory, site inspections, RAMS reviews, and CDM compliance. You will work closely with project teams, contractors and clients to uphold ISO standards and continuous HSE

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or NEBOSH Construction Certificate, at minimum.
• Five years' experience in health and safety within construction, infrastructure or renewables.
• Strong CDM Regulations knowledge and safety compliance experience.
• Experience with site inspections, audits, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Able to assess site risks and implement practical controls.
• Excellent communication with project teams, contractors and clients.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day health and safety advice across construction, operational and maintenance activities.
• Support delivery of renewable energy and infrastructure projects in designated region.
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits and compliance reviews; identify risks and drive corrective actions.
• Review RAMS and safe systems of work.
• Advise on HSE legislation and best practices for safe working procedures.
• Support CDM compliance and statutory requirements.
• Assist with incident investigations, near-miss reporting and root cause analysis.
• Monitor HSE performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support integrated management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
• Build relationships with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• UK-wide role: support European projects and international HSE audits as needed.
