Job summary

Green Recruitment Company is seeking an HSE Advisor with solar or renewables experience for contract roles on utility-scale solar PV projects across the UK. You will provide practical, site-based health, safety and environmental support to project teams and subcontractors, helping maintain strong standards across large and fast-moving construction sites.

The role focuses on day-to-day HSE on site, inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations, with site inductions and toolbox talks

Qualifications

• HSE experience on solar/renewables/construction projects.
• NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate; IOSH membership preferred.
• Working knowledge of CDM 2015 and UK HSE legislation.
• Incident investigation training or experience.
• Full UK driving licence required.
