Job summary

H9 Talent Solutions partners with a global independent renewable energy company to recruit an HSQE Advisor. The role is permanent and full-time and can be based in Glasgow or Kings Langley, with occasional site travel.

You will provide health, safety, quality and environmental guidance to UK and Ireland units, focusing on Development and Construction, helping embed a strong HSQE culture and drive continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Certificate or Equivalent.
• Knowledge of UK & I Health Safety and Environment Legislation.
• Quality Audit training (UKAS approved or equivalent).
• Understanding of the construction industry.
• Understanding of behavioural safety programmes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead HSQE Manager to ensure HSQE performance reflects good industry practice and compliance with legislation and policies.
• Provide HSQE advice to business units and undertake audits and site inspections.
• Assist with development of HSQE management systems and continuous improvement.
• Review risk assessments, procedures, method statements and training materials.
• Analyse HSQE trends and present findings and recommendations to value streams.
• Engage with contractors and clients and prepare regular HSQE reports.
