Job summary

Change Grow Live is seeking a part-time HR Systems & Insights Administrator on a 24-month fixed-term contract. The role is remote-based, with occasional attendance near Brighton for meetings and activities.

You’ll support HR systems, data, and reporting, collaborating with People Services, Digital, Finance, and Payroll to deliver reliable, compliant processes. You’ll gain exposure to HR technologies, improve data quality, and help deliver excellent service to colleagues and volunteers across the

• Experience working with HR, workforce or business systems.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for HR systems and people data queries.
• Provide timely support to managers, employees and volunteers.
• Maintain accurate employee and organisational data in HR systems.
• Investigate system issues or escalate where needed.
• Support data validation, audits and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with People Services, Digital, Finance and Payroll.
• Contribute to system improvements, testing and implementation.
• Produce and maintain user guidance and materials.
• Help ensure data quality, governance and compliance.
