This fully remote role offers flexible 5–20 hours per week, with ASAP start. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in HR generalist, recruiter, or people operations, plus demonstrated excellence in drafting job descriptions, offers, and policy materials.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as an HR generalist, recruiter, or people operations professional
• Direct ownership of writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policy, or performance-review materials
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail
