Job summary

WorkNest is seeking a proactive HR professional to partner with clients, delivering expert HR support across employee relations, change programmes and people initiatives. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, build trusted relationships, and provide practical HR solutions using market-leading technology.

This 12-month fixed-term role offers home-based work with occasional visits to our Kettering office, supporting clients on-site when needed.

Qualifications

• Senior level HR experience with complex employee relations cases.
• Ability to lead change programmes and develop people strategies.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and practical application.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR support across employee relations, change programmes and people initiatives.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver practical HR solutions.
• Support training, development and recruitment needs, including workshops and campaigns.
• Oversee preparation of employment documentation, contracts, policies and letters.
• Coordinate absence management and occupational health referrals when required.
• Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliant, high-quality client service.
