LJRecruitment is partnering with a reputable law firm to recruit a Housing Litigation Solicitor (NQ – 5 Years PQE) for a fully remote role. The solicitor will manage a diverse caseload focused on disrepair and possession matters, advising landlords, housing associations, and local authorities, while maintaining client-focused service.

The role supports remote working with flexible hours and requires willingness to attend occasional meetings within 1.5 hours of London or Kent.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with NQ–5 PQE in housing litigation.
• Demonstrable experience handling disrepair matters.
• Confident in court advocacy with possession claims.
• Ability to manage cases independently and work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload primarily focused on housing litigation, including disrepair matters.
• Provide expert advice to landlords, housing associations, and local authorities.
• Advocate for clients and strive for high-quality outcomes.
• Attend occasional client or court meetings within 1.5 hours of Kent as needed.
