Job summary

Prestige Talent Partners Ltd is seeking a Housing Disrepair Solicitor for a privately owned law firm with nearly 30 years’ reputation. Office based with flexible hours, you will handle complex claimant disrepair work and may involve litigation.

You will provide advice, investigate claims, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in hearings and trials, requiring a solicitor with strong housing law knowledge and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' experience in housing disrepair law.
• Strong understanding of housing law and procedure, as well as landlord and tenant law.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong client service skills.

We are working with a privately owned law firm, established almost 30 years ago who have an excellent reputation in the areas of law in which they practice.

In order to continue their development they are looking to strengthen their housing disrepair department, and are looking for a Housing Disrepair Solicitor. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of housing law and experience in dealing with complex, claimant disrepair claims, ideally including litigation

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to claimants who are having issues with housing disrepair
• Conduct investigations into housing disrepair claims
