Job summary

Anchor Hanover is seeking a Housing Area Manager (Home Ownership) based from home with regular travel across Teeside. The role offers a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with a salary up to £47,933 per annum.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across multiple sites with a focus on efficiency and compliance.
Lead and coach housing teams to achieve high performance and values alignment.
Foster resident relationships and resolve issues to improve satisfaction.
Conduct safety audits and manage risk, responding to emergencies professionally.
Manage budgets and resources to hit financial targets.
Build partnerships with contractors, local authorities and community organisations.
Monitor KPIs and report to the Operations Manager.
Oversee contracts for catering, cleaning and care/support services.
