Job summary

Pearson is hiring a Higher Education Curriculum Development Manager to grow its qualifications and services in UK universities and HE providers. You will drive opportunities in Higher National License, HTQ/LLE/HN Flex, and L3 BTEC while strengthening partnerships across the HE/FE interface.

You will use market insights and commercial discipline to support retention, growth and market share, collaborating with Product, Operations, RevOps and other teams to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales or curriculum development within education.
• Understanding of Level 3 qualifications in England.
• Ability to build relationships with universities and colleges.
• Commercial mindset with pipeline development.
• Able to use data to inform planning.
• Collaborative across teams; CRM and MS Office familiarity.
• Valid driver's license; willing to travel UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of higher education customers.
• Grow revenue across Higher National License, HTQ/LLE/HN Flex, L3 BTEC, apprenticeships.
• Develop strategic relationships with university stakeholders and coordinate internal teams.
• Identify opportunities across HE/FE networks.
• Use insights to shape account plans and forecast.
• Maintain CRM records and account plans.
• Support broader team objectives.
