Your Housing Group is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to support the Occupational Health & Safety Team. The role focuses on delivering the operational H&S plan, coordinating inspections across contractor portfolios, and ensuring safe sites across multiple regions.

The successful candidate will hold a NEBOSH certificate, have advisory experience in construction/refurbishment, and be able to work with internal and external stakeholders while driving safety improvements.

Qualifikationen

• NEBOSH General Certificate or NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent).
• Experience of advisory capacity and providing H&S support in Construction/Refurbishment environments.
• Experience implementing or supporting the development and implementation of a Health & Safety Management System.
• Experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a Health and Safety role.
• Full UK Driving Licence & use of own vehicle for work.

Aufgaben

• Support the Health and Safety Manager with delivery of the operational Health and Safety plan while inspecting contractor portfolios across YHG estates.
• Contribute to development of health & safety processes, procedures and safe working practices.
• Assist with on-site contractor management and enable safe project execution.
• Liaise with employees, contractors and 3rd party Principal Design services to ensure safe sites.
