Constructive Moves is recruiting a Health & Safety Advisor for a leading residential developer to support construction operations across sites in the South region. The role requires regular travel to project sites in your own vehicle, with occasional visits to the head office in Uxbridge, guiding site teams to promote a strong H&S culture.

Requirements: prior H&S/SHE advisory experience in construction; NEBOSH Construction Certificate; solid knowledge of UK legislation; excellent communication

Qualifications

• Previous H&S/SHE advisory experience in construction or residential development.
• Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills.

Responsabilités

• Carry out site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Advise, coach and mentor operational teams on safe working practices.
• Review and monitor Safe Systems of Work for high-risk activities.
• Produce clear inspection reports with non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Monitor site activities to ensure safe working practices are followed.
• Report serious incidents promptly to the Health & Safety Manager.
