Job summary

Priory Group is seeking a Guest Experience Manager to join our Corporate Services team, delivering a five-star, hospitality-led experience across Roehampton and Woking. You will be the non-clinical point of contact, welcoming guests, coordinating admissions and personalised arrangements, and ensuring smooth handovers between clinical and operational teams.

The role requires hotel or premium service experience, a full UK driving licence, and willingness to travel between regional sites.

• Hotel, luxury hospitality or premium customer service experience is essential.
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between regional sites is essential.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with private guests from admission through to discharge.
• Coordinate room preferences, wellbeing services and personalised arrangements, and resolve requests with clinical, hospitality and operational teams.
• Maintain accurate guest records in Salesforce and communicate through guests' preferred channels.
