Awesome Motive, Inc. is seeking a Growth Manager to own growth motion end‑to‑end across one brand. You will set strategy, ship work, measure outcomes, and decide what to build next.

This is a hands‑on operator role, not a manager‑of‑managers role, with AI enabling rapid, high‑velocity execution. The role centers on email and lifecycle marketing, conversion rate optimization, content and social, and automation across multiple brands.

Qualifications

• Operator background with hands-on growth marketing
• Real AI-augmented workflows enabling rapid delivery
• Experience owning email programs and lifecycle depth
• Proven CRO testing on real pages with data-driven wins
• Ability to execute copy, landing pages, emails, campaigns end-to-end

Responsibilities

• Own email and lifecycle marketing as the central engine across newsletters, automations, segmentation, and tests
• Lead CRO across landing pages, sign‑ups, pricing and checkout with hypothesis-driven iterations
• Produce content and copy at velocity, leveraging AI
• Maintain a strong social presence with platform-native formats and pacing
• Set up and optimize marketing automation workflows (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier)
• Run weekly analytics review across GA4 and dashboards, translating data into leadership-ready actions
• Collaborate closely with Brand GM, product, support, SEO, and central growth teams
