Agena Group is seeking a Growth Marketing Executive to build and operate the Commercial Growth Engine across priority sectors. The role turns priorities, ICPs and target accounts into audience strategies, campaigns, digital journeys and measurable demand.

You will own the growth logic and execution behind activity: who to target, why, through which route, with what journey and how to improve performance. Responsibilities include planning, delivering and optimising campaigns to generate qualified

Qualificações

• An experienced B2B marketer with a strong background in demand generation, digital marketing and lead nurturing.
• Commercially minded, analytical and results-focused, with the ability to turn insight into action.
• Experienced in developing targeted campaigns, customer journeys and account-based marketing initiatives.
• Comfortable working with data, testing new ideas and using evidence to drive continuous improvement.
• Highly organised, proactive and collaborative, with experience partnering with Sales, SDRs and wider commercial teams.
• Passionate about marketing innovation, including automation, AI and data-driven growth strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, deliver and optimise integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and support business growth.
• Develop targeted demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) activity across key sectors including Residential, Commercial Estates, NHS and Education.
• Build and manage customer journeys across digital channels including websites, email, paid media, social media, webinars and events.
• Generate and nurture Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), working closely with SDRs to maximise engagement and conversion.
• Use market, customer and competitor insights to improve targeting, campaign performance and growth opportunities.
• Continuously test, analyse and optimise campaigns, using data to inform decisions and drive measurable results.
• Leverage AI and marketing technology to improve research, planning, campaign execution and performance analysis.
