Job summary

Deel is redefining payroll and HR tech with a global platform and a culture of rapid growth. We are seeking a data analytics professional to design dashboards and scalable data models that empower marketing and growth teams across 150+ countries.

You will collaborate with Analytics Engineers and Marketing Leaders to derive insights, optimize attribution, and improve landing page performance through rigorous analysis and robust data pipelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in data analytics team.
• Hands-on experience in Looker
• Proficiency in SQL
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills and experience dealing with stakeholders of varying seniority

Responsibilities

• Design and build dashboards and self-service tooling in Looker to enable a large, multi-faceted growth organization to do their best work.
• Collaborate with analytics engineering to build scalable data modeling infrastructure in Snowflake using dbt
• Work with Marketing Leadership on complex questions to drive growth strategies
• Analyze landing pages, perform A/B testing, and evaluate audiences, segments, ads, and creatives
• Drive segmentation, attribution modeling, lead analytics, and channel optimization
• Own and optimize data connections within the marketing stack to provide the right data to stakeholders
• Design and implement the best attribution model strategy
