Job summary

England Athletics is seeking a Grants Officer within the Operations team. This role supports the administration, coordination and delivery of grant programmes across athletics and running communities, reporting to the Head of Finance and collaborating with multiple departments.

As part of the Finance team, you will lead grant programme delivery, ensure compliance, track budgets and develop performance dashboards to demonstrate impact and value of funded projects.

Qualifications

• Organised and proactive individual to support administration, coordination and delivery of grant programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration and operational delivery of designated grant programmes, coordinating application, assessment, moderation and award processes.
• Manage grant applications, reporting, evaluation and compliance tracking.
• Maintain a central register of grant awards, applications, reporting deadlines and funding commitments.
• Support preparation of reports for the Executive Leadership Team, Board and Committees.
• Coordinate impact measurement and outcome reporting across funded projects.
• Assist with budget tracking and financial administration of funding activity.
• Monitor funding opportunities and support departments in developing future funding applications and partnerships.
