Job summary

West Kent Housing Association is seeking a highly organised Grants and Reporting Officer to join the Communities Team in Sevenoaks. This part-time role (22 hours/week) supports residents through hardship and community grants, while evidencing impact through reporting and storytelling.

You will administer grants from enquiry to payment, maintain records, support assessment panels and produce reports for leaders and governance. The role offers hybrid working with two days in the office per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in grants administration, CRM systems, reporting would be helpful.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and empathy.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Administer grants from enquiry through to decision and payment.
• Maintain accurate records and support assessment panels.
• Produce performance and impact reports for colleagues and governance committees.
• Collaborate with communications to share the impact of community investment.
