Job summary

England Athletics is recruiting a Grants Officer to support the administration, coordination and delivery of grant programmes. You will work within the Finance team and collaborate across departments to ensure compliance and maximum impact.

The role focuses on grant project management, reporting, budgeting and governance, with home working and occasional travel. The candidate should have 3+ years in a similar role within not-for-profit settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration and operational delivery of designated grant programmes.
• Manage grant applications, reporting, evaluation and compliance tracking.
• Maintain a central register of grant awards and deadlines across departments.
• Support reports for senior leadership and committees; monitor grant terms.
• Coordinate impact measurement and create dashboards and stories of impact.
• Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting of funding activity.
• Monitor external funding opportunities and support future applications.
