Job summary

Football Foundation is seeking Grant Support Executives to help assess capital and revenue grants, draft offer letters, and process claims. You will be part of a proactive centralised team delivering high levels of customer service and ensuring accurate data capture in internal systems.

The role is hybrid, split between the London office and remote work, with two vacancies: permanent and 12-month fixed-term.

Qualifications

• Understanding grant application processes and customer service.
• Experience with administration processes and remote teamwork.
• Keen attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess capital and revenue grants and prepare assessment reports.
• Draft offer letters and process grant claims.
• Ensure key information is captured in internal systems.
• Provide administrative support across the Foundation as part of a team.
