You will shape fundraising strategies across Europe, the US, and Asia, ensuring effective grant management while building relationships with key partners. The ideal candidate has substantial experience in fundraising and grant proposals. This full-time role allows for flexible working, offering a blend of home and office-based work.

Formación

• Significant experience in fundraising or project management role for a charity or NGO.
• Experience drafting complex proposals for trusts and securing multi-year grants.
• Ability to manage donor relationships effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of grants from key Trusts and Foundations.
• Develop proposals and reports to meet funding priorities.
• Work with teams on budget forecasts and donor pipelines.
• Oversee the work of line managed staff.
• Support the development and implementation of fundraising strategies.
