Job summary

Kingsley Green Recruitment is seeking a senior commercial/technology lawyer to lead the legal function for a major global technology organisation. The role focuses on technology, SaaS, software development and new services, advising senior leadership and shaping global product initiatives.

Based in the UK with a remote work model, you will oversee commercial and regulatory matters across EMEA, the US, Latin America and Asia Pacific, build scalable processes, and mentor a legal team through

Qualifications

Senior commercial/technology lawyer with 10+ years of experience.
Experience advising on technology products, SaaS, software development.
Ability to operate in a sophisticated international environment.

Responsibilities

Advising on a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters relating to new technology products, services and solutions
Supporting the development and global rollout of new services and software offerings
Leading and developing a legal team supporting new services development
Partnering closely with commercial, product, technology and legal stakeholders internationally
Identifying and managing legal and regulatory risk as new products and services are developed
Developing legal processes, playbooks, templates and scalable ways of working
Working with specialist internal and external counsel where required
Helping establish effective processes between legal and service development teams
