This remote role involves managing global recruitment processes, enhancing systems and integration, and driving data-driven metrics. Ideal candidates will have experience in SaaS or similar fields and will excel in a dynamic, international environment. Qualificações

• Proven experience managing a high volume of global requisitions across time zones.
• Demonstrated skills in process design, including interview kits and scorecards.
• Strong ability to unify processes across different business units.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for global roles.
• Coordinate TA activities across departments and manage vendor relationships.
• Audit and optimize the ATS and tech stack to enhance recruitment processes.
• Drive hiring metrics and report to executive teams on global hiring health.
