• Demonstrated skills in process design, including interview kits and scorecards.
• Strong ability to unify processes across different business units.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for global roles.
• Coordinate TA activities across departments and manage vendor relationships.
• Audit and optimize the ATS and tech stack to enhance recruitment processes.
• Drive hiring metrics and report to executive teams on global hiring health.
