Qualifications
Proven experience managing a high volume of global requisitions across time zones.
Demonstrated skills in process design, including interview kits and scorecards.
Strong ability to unify processes across different business units.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for global roles.
Coordinate TA activities across departments and manage vendor relationships.
Audit and optimize the ATS and tech stack to enhance recruitment processes.
Drive hiring metrics and report to executive teams on global hiring health.
