Job summary

JumpCloud Inc. is seeking a Manager, Sales Engineering to lead a distributed team of Sales Engineers across multiple countries, focusing on technical wins, POVs, and value-based demonstrations.

You will align discovery, demos, and deal qualification with Sales and post-sales partners to ensure predictable revenue growth. The role is remote-first and requires leadership across international teams, with responsibility for resource allocation, coaching, and scalable processes in a fast-growing SaaS

Qualifications

• Must-have functional skills: Presales leadership, coaching, managing Sales Engineers in a fast-paced environment.
• POV strategy: coaching value-based discovery, solution design, and POV execution.
• Commercial & resource strategy: partner with Sales on pipeline qualification, deal risk, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a distributed multi-country SE team across regions.
• Drive technical wins and orderly deal progression through POVs and value-based demos.
• Coordinate with Professional Services and Customer Success for seamless post-sales handoffs.
