Job summary

Impact Investing Institute is seeking an experienced Director of Fundraising and Partnerships to drive a fundraising and partnerships strategy, aligning with around £2m income needs. Qualifications

• A strong record of personally securing six-figure, multi-year funding commitments across foundations, government, corporates and financial institutions.
• Ability to execute a fundraising strategy while remaining hands-on and assessing opportunities, effort and risk.
• Excellent relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate complex work into persuasive funding propositions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fundraising and partnerships strategy to meet c.£2m income need.
• Build and manage a diversified pipeline across funders and strategic partners.
• Personally lead cultivation of major, six-figure, multi-year funding relationships.
• Develop and maintain trusted partnerships and demonstrate impact to supporters.
• Represent the Institute with funders, investors, family offices and partners; deputise for the CEO as needed.
