Job summary

Stonor Search seeks a Director to lead merchandise delivery for a high-value FMCG client across multiple markets. The role is largely remote with occasional travel, and involves directing a flagship team to deliver multi-regional gifting campaigns.

You will manage a ~50-person team, oversee large budgets, and cultivate strong supplier and client relationships while driving product development and sourcing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must have global experience delivering high-value campaigns (FMCG, POS, gifting).
• Experience leading large multi-regional teams (~50 people).
• Ability to manage large budgets and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large multi-regional team of approximately 50 people with two regional direct reports.
• Own delivery of major budget premiums, merch and gifting campaigns across multiple regions; manage teams and stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with major suppliers and build strong client relationships.
• Lead product development and sourcing efforts for campaigns.
