Job summary

Reachdesk is seeking a Sourcing Manager (Promotional Merchandise) based in the UK, with remote flexibility. You will own vendor sourcing, pricing strategy, and fulfilment to deliver branded merchandise at scale for global clients, shaping product quality and supplier strategy.

You will work closely with Swag, Production, and Sales in a fast-paced environment, building a robust vendor network and an on-brand product catalog. Strong negotiation and vendor-management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing promotional merchandise or branded products from suppliers and decorators.
• Proven ability to negotiate pricing, terms, and supplier agreements.
• Strong communication of design concepts and branding to suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for promotional products and branded merchandise.
• Build out and manage a scalable vendor network as the business grows.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve cost savings and favorable agreements.
• Oversee procurement and order management, tracking production schedules.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics to streamline global fulfillment.
